DISCOUNTED Mediterranean Retina Meeting Rates:

Rate for single room (1 person): 310 Euro per room/day (including breakfast and VAT)

Rate for double room (2 persons): 330 Euro per room/day (including breakfast and VAT)

City tax: up to 3,00 Euro per person/day (to be settled separately)

Cancellation policy (already specified online, but just addressing here as well):

Rooms are subject to individual reservations within the block of the rooms agreed with the Organizer.

Participants are obliged to make their reservation through the link and using the reservation code, both that will be provided by the hotel. This way the participants will submit all the requested info, including credit card details in order to guarantee their own reservation.

Every individual reservation guaranteed by credit card details can be cancelled until 14 days prior the scheduled arrival date – free of charge. If the reservation gets cancelled within 14-7 days prior the scheduled arrival date, hotel reserves right to charge the given credit card for one night stay. If the reservation gets cancelled within 7-4 days prior the scheduled arrival date, hotel reserves right to charge the given credit card for two night stay. For each “no show” guest (refers to all those reservations that haven’t been previously cancelled) hotel reserves right to charge given credit card for the total period of guest’s stay for each cancelled room.
